Greetings to Our Fantastic Area Non-Profit Community-Invested Organizations!  We would like to offer any non-profit group in the area a FUNdraising opportunity!

Our studio is located in South Riding, and we are deeply invested in our surrounding community and support schools, art programs, and charity fundraisers. We are offering to donate a percentage of sales for an entire week to any approved non-profit group. Kids and adults both love to come relax and paint at the studio. Your community can help your organization by coming in during the designated week to paint or do a workshop, exercising their creative minds, making something truly one of a kind, and just having a good, relaxing time. 20% of gross sales go to your organization! The families have fun, and as they invest in us, we can continue to support the community.

Different from most paint-your-own-pottery stores, The Potter’s Wheel Studio is a working pottery studio and gift boutique, and rather than offer promotional discounts on sitting fees, we just never charge a sitting fee. Besides an extensive inventory of paint your own pottery pieces for all ages, we also offer pottery wheel classes and wet clay handbuilding workshops. Your community’s families can earn your organization funds by participating in any of these activities during the designated week. All we ask of you is that you advertise the fund raiser to your community as you would any of your fundraisers, like:

• Send out flyers or advertise via your regular communications vehicles – website, mail, etc.
• Remind the community as the event nears

The more advertising, the better the odds of getting more folks in to have a great time raising money for your organization. We are happy to discuss any other ideas you have. Please note also that we offer examples of projects that involve your organization’s colors, logo, etc. In fact, we can also offer projects to-go if your organization would like to host a fun event at your location.
