Choose to paint pre-made pieces (requires only one session), or build something from scratch with wet clay – either by hand or on a pottery wheel (both require two sessions, at least two weeks apart).

You can go with a theme, like:

• Lidded office mugs
• Any functional or decorative item in company colors
• Personalized dry erase boards for everyone’s office space
• Something personal to take home
• The whole group can contribute also to a single piece that you can hang up at work as a reminder of the fun and camaraderie the group had. An instructor will lead you through the wet clay projects.

Why The Potter’s Wheel Studio?

Our studio has a calm and welcome atmosphere with exceptional customer service. Are costs are simple and reasonable. Simply schedule a time that is good for your group – if you have a large group, we can close the store to give you full access for a private event if you desire. You are welcome to bring or cater food and beverages. Another option is that you can take the fun back with you! All you need is enough table space to fit your group and to pre-select your choices of pottery to paint. We will supply you with the ceramic pieces, brushes, paints, paint trays, sponges, etc. The paint is all lead-free, non-toxic, and washes out of clothes if spilled. Either way, your group will enjoy making their own one-of-a-kind masterpieces, regardless of experience or self-perceived artistic creativity. We will do the rest! We will set/clean up (if in the studio) and have your fired pieces ready in about a week. All of our paints are lead-free, non-toxic, and washable. All the fired pieces will then be top rack dishwasher and food safe.
